No. As long as you're Online and the app is running with location services enabled, the iSchoolRide PickupLine App will automatically detect when you enter the pickup zone and notify the school staff.

Yes, up to 8 students from the same school. If you have more than 8 or need to handle special pickups (after-school events, shared rides, etc.), contact your school admin.

Yes. You can add up to 5 family members to your account via the iSchoolRide PickupLine App, and optionally receive notifications when they arrive or leave school.

You can select which students you’re picking up each day directly from the iSchoolRide PickupLine App before arriving at school.

You can add additional students to your pickup list to support carpooling. However, teachers must approve these requests. Always notify the school when picking up students outside your family group.

Confirm that the parent is using the iSchoolRide PickupLine App and has gone “Online.” Only parents who are online will appear. You can also refresh the iSchoolRide Tracker App, or contact your school admin if the issue persists.
